"In accordance with the Potsdamer agreement was handed over the German area east of Oder river and to Neiße river as part of the Soviet zone of occupation of Germany of the Republic of Poland only for provisional administration. The area remains a part of Germany. Nobody has the right to surrender from own absolute power country and people or to drive a policy of the renouncement."
